So im going to go to RadioShack and staples in about 1 hour. I need to get the best wire stripper for about $10. I also need to get some wire to convert my Dell Fan to work on a regular mobo. I have like $40 and i have to buy:
  1. A box to send out a package
  2. packing peanuts
  3. A roll of tape
  4. WireStripper
  5. Electrical Tape
  6. And some solder
All of it has to be under $40...
Help guys??
EDIT: Box price will be about $8
No peanuts needed..
Tape $8
Wire Stripper $9
Ive got Electrical tape
Forget Solder I have some still...

Save money, find a spare box and use crumpled up paper.
Once again...

you can probably get the electrical tape and a regular roll of tape as well as a box at the dollar store. The eggshells just take the eggs in your fridge out of their box and use that case and when you get to radio shack just get the rosin core soulder(not sure how much) and for a wire stripper it may be best to get one at a hardware store if radioshack does not have. Im sure you can get all this for under $40

I just use a sharp knife to strip wires. Quick, easy, and free

well its not that easy for dell wires. They are winded up and the wire is very strong to if you cut too much you cut through the cable...

Why don't you just buy a fan and spend the remaining $35 on a nice steak dinner?
