ok

what does the GTX360 ideal for fans will 1500RPS be any good ?

also does that kit (or any other system I get) take allot of space in the case I want the case to look pretty clear without to mcuh stuff going not mounted on the case...

all from the same store...

Feser Limited Edition "Monsta Lite" 420/360 Xchanger Triple 140mm / 120mm Xtreme Performance Radiator
and what about this one is it 360 or 420 lol

edit:

I might use that same radiator to cool more then the CPU (if it manage too {2 GPUs}, if not in last option I will add double rad...)... so I want it to be quit good...
Do not get double radiators (Stacking one on top of another if that's what you mean) and a quality 360mm radiator with good fans will easily manage a CPU and 2 GPUs. The Monsta Lite is just that, a monster. Very thick and you need high RPM fans for it.

Black Ice GTX360: Does very poorly with low speed fans. Needs high speed fans
Black Ice SR1: Great with low RPM fans but does worse then the GTX360 with high speed fans
XSPC RX360: Very similar to the SR1 in that it does very well with low speed fans but it does out perform the SR1 with higher speed fans
EK CoolStream 360XT: Not a bad radiator but nothing really special.
Swiftech MCR320: Does a little worse then the SR1 with low speed fans and performs nearly the same as the SR1 with high speed fans.

IMO I would look into the ThermoChill PA120.3. If you can get a hold of it then you got probably the best radiator on the market.

The Monsta Lite radiator 360/420 accepts two configurations; 3 x 120mm or 3 x 140mm fans. Which is why there are two sets of numbers in the title.

Given your list of radiators you're thinking about, I'd still go with the XSPC RX360, it's less expensive, its matte finish looks awesome and it performs extremely well. I must note that I'm biased because I like my computers to be completely silent.
For my money I'd go:

Swiftech MCR-320 Matte
Swiftech 665 Vario (Laing D5)
CPU block of your choice
T-Line (for a small loop and on a budget, there's really no need for a res or a pump top)

That should be ~$150 loop same ballpark as the Rasa 750 kit and a very solid performer. I'll trade the slight performance drop from the XSPC to the Swiftech (extremely small drop) for the increased performance and reliability of the pump. Plus it'll save you some money to put towards some Gentle Typhoons, though I've got Yate high-speed 120s + fan controller on my 320 and 240. If you're going to get multiple items instead of a kit I'd go to SidewinderComputers/Petra's Tech Shop or PerformancePCs as I think they generally have better prices and cheaper shipping than Frozen and I've had better customer service interactions with them.

As for the "which is better" radiator question, it really depends on what kind of computer build you are going for. If you don't care about noise you can save yourself some cash and go with the RS, but if you want a quiet computer and are going to be using low-speed fans, go with the RX.

There are tons of radiator options available on the market, but the major differences are fin-spacing, and the general rule is if the fins are closer together, you'll need a higher speed fan to displace the air, as opposed to getting away with using a lower speed fan on a radiator with fins that are spaced further apart. There are a lot of Hardware Labs radiators with tight fin stacks (high speed fan use), and another radiator brand that is good for low speed fans is Swiftech's Quiet-Power radiators.

Good luck with your build!
thx

the RX is quieter then the RS but does it also preforms better ? if so no way I will go on the RS...

but if the fin spacing is close and I use a high speed fun do I gain more preference out of it ?

is the noise difference is so noticeable if so I will rather lose some performance and go for the quieter system I dont want to hear my fans all the time ?

if I use a low speed fans on a radiator with close fin spacing will that make it platform worse then a radiator that was build for low speed fans ?

the SR1 isn also a low speed fan is it worth the extra cash ?

and is the GTX360 so noisy is their a big difference in performance between it and the RX and is their a noticeable diffrence in noise...

if I put 120 fans on Monsta Lite it is 360 and 140 make it 420 ???
I dont think a 420 will fit in the HAF-X the max is 360 for what I know

so a Monsta Lite with only 120 fans for the records against the GTX360 or the RX360.

is the difference between low noise fans to high so noticeable
and is their a big difference in cooling ???

EDIT:

also how much RPS is a high speed fan 2000+ ?

thx

All radiators will work better with higher RPM fans. The radiator it self is not quieter but the RX performs better with quieter low RPM fans then the RS.
but if the fin spacing is close and I use a high speed fun do I gain more preference out of it ?
The higher the RPM usually the higher the performance. That's where static pressure comes into play which is has a direct correlation between static pressure and fan RPMs
is the noise difference is so noticeable if so I will rather lose some performance and go for the quieter system I dont want to hear my fans all the time ?
If you do not want to hear your fans then put them on a fan controller and you can adjust the fans to whatever you want. I personally don't care about fan noise and that's why I went with three Scythe Ultra Kaze 3000 RPM. They are loud but they push much more air then most fans and are great for radiators but they come at a sound cost because they are very loud.
if I use a low speed fans on a radiator with close fin spacing will that make it platform worse then a radiator that was build for low speed fans ?
Using a high FPI radiator with low speed fans will work worse then using low speed fans with a radiator built for low speed fans.

the SR1 isn also a low speed fan is it worth the extra cash ?
I don't use low speed fans so that's up to you. Personally I'd rather go with performance then silence
and is the GTX360 so noisy is their a big difference in performance between it and the RX and is their a noticeable diffrence in noise...
The radiators themselves aren't noisy at all. It's the fans that you put them with.

ok that clear some questions...

so my options are:
GTX360
RX360
or Monsta Lite

if I put 120 fans on Monsta Lite it is 360 and 140 make it 420 ???
I dont think a 420 will fit in the HAF-X the max is 360 for what I know
Regardless of which fans you put on it the radiator will be the same size. The Monsta Lite has holes drilled into it so that it can fit three 120mm fans or three 140mm fans (3*140=420 and 3*120=360). I'm pretty sure the HAF X should be able to fit it but you may have to check and measure the the distance between the mounting holes on the top of the case and the distance between the 120mm fan holes on the radiator because I'm pretty sure they will be different resulting in having to do a custom mount through the mesh.
so a Monsta Lite with only 120 fans for the records against the GTX360 or the RX360.

is the difference between low noise fans to high so noticeable
and is their a big difference in cooling ???

I switched out my three medium speed yate loon fans with my scythe ultra kaze 3000rpm and my temps dropped about 8 degrees on my GPU load.

EDIT:

also how much RPS is a high speed fan 2000+ ?

RPM? 2200-3000RPM are usually considered high speed.
