As for the "which is better" radiator question, it really depends on what kind of computer build you are going for. If you don't care about noise you can save yourself some cash and go with the RS, but if you want a quiet computer and are going to be using low-speed fans, go with the RX.
There are tons of radiator options available on the market, but the major differences are fin-spacing, and the general rule is if the fins are closer together, you'll need a higher speed fan to displace the air, as opposed to getting away with using a lower speed fan on a radiator with fins that are spaced further apart. There are a lot of Hardware Labs radiators with tight fin stacks (high speed fan use), and another radiator brand that is good for low speed fans is Swiftech's Quiet-Power radiators.
Good luck with your build!
the RX is quieter then the RS but does it also preforms better ? if so no way I will go on the RS...
but if the fin spacing is close and I use a high speed fun do I gain more preference out of it ?
is the noise difference is so noticeable if so I will rather lose some performance and go for the quieter system I dont want to hear my fans all the time
if I use a low speed fans on a radiator with close fin spacing will that make it platform worse then a radiator that was build for low speed fans ?
the SR1 isn also a low speed fan is it worth the extra cash ?
and is the GTX360 so noisy is their a big difference in performance between it and the RX and is their a noticeable diffrence in noise...

Black Ice GTX360: Does very poorly with low speed fans. Needs high speed fans
Black Ice SR1: Great with low RPM fans but does worse then the GTX360 with high speed fans
XSPC RX360: Very similar to the SR1 in that it does very well with low speed fans but it does out perform the SR1 with higher speed fans
EK CoolStream 360XT: Not a bad radiator but nothing really special.
Swiftech MCR320: Does a little worse then the SR1 with low speed fans and performs nearly the same as the SR1 with high speed fans.
IMO I would look into the ThermoChill PA120.3. If you can get a hold of it then you got probably the best radiator on the market.
ok that clear some questions...
so my options are:
or Monsta Lite
if I put 120 fans on Monsta Lite it is 360 and 140 make it 420 ???
I dont think a 420 will fit in the HAF-X the max is 360 for what I know
so a Monsta Lite with only 120 fans for the records against the GTX360 or the RX360.
is the difference between low noise fans to high so noticeable
and is their a big difference in cooling ???
also how much RPS is a high speed fan 2000+ ?

T-Line (for a small loop and on a budget, there's really no need for a res or a pump top)
That should be ~$150 loop same ballpark as the Rasa 750 kit and a very solid performer. I'll trade the slight performance drop from the XSPC to the Swiftech (extremely small drop) for the increased performance and reliability of the pump. Plus it'll save you some money to put towards some Gentle Typhoons, though I've got Yate high-speed 120s + fan controller on my 320 and 240. If you're going to get multiple items instead of a kit I'd go to SidewinderComputers/Petra's Tech Shop or PerformancePCs as I think they generally have better prices and cheaper shipping than Frozen and I've had better customer service interactions with them.
can you give me link to their web...Edited by ranerX3 - 12/29/10 at 1:17pm
