Caviar Black or RE4-GP:Is There a Big Difference?

I'm on the hunt again for a nice hard disc drive again. I thought I was set with the Western Digital Caviar Black (SATA III/SATA 6.0GB/s) but then I saw their RE4-GP drive and I wanted to know if there was a big difference between the two. Can anybody tell me?
