Why do you need 10 more extra fittings? As far as I can see, you will only need it for your pump. Also, 13mm is equivalent to 1/2ID tubes. So you might want to fix that.

Another thing, RX360 is made for low rpm fans. If you want you can get the GTX Black Ice for high speed fans.

There is no option to get these parts(CPU block etc.) without fittings. So i took the EK and all fittings will be the same.

Ok i changed them for low speed fans and the size of fittings now is correct.

Sorry for noobish question, what about fans fitting, how to fit fan to radiator? Do they come with fans?

fans directly bolt onto the radiator, and usually come with supplied bolts. If they dont, you'll need to go to the local ace hardware or home depot and pick up 6-32 thread bolts just long enough for your desired need. They dont come with fans unless you get one of the xspc kits but that comes with pump, res, cpu block, tubing, rad and fans as well as fan grills and all necessary hardware

dump that EK mobo block and get the mips block. Also get rid of that bay res and pick up a nice helix res from frozenQ
