If guns were realistic in every game, then the gun physics would the same. That would be boring. .___."

First off, saying "silencer" does not make you look uneducated. "Silencer" is a widely accepted colloquialism (slang) referring to a suppressor and is intended to be a name, not an accurate description. For example, my name is Chris. I was once told that Chris means "carrier of Christ", however, I am an atheist. Does this mean that anyone who calls me Chris is uneducated because I am not a "carrier of Christ"? No.

Secondly, who says suppressor is preferred? You? I would LOVE to see a source claiming that "silencer" is an unaccepted nickname for a suppressor.

And yes, both of those support my claims... NOBODY has addressed my claims head on yet. So hit this one kiddo.

virtual ak-47 in BO is more realistic than
virtual ak-47 in CS

I win
When was the last time you saw an ak-47 with orange and black camouflage with a red dot sight modded to have a skull/nuke symbol/ etc. Also I don't have any real experience with attached grenade launchers, but I'm willing to bet some money that the ones from BO are realistic.

It seems to me like you just want to throw around your knowledge of guns and not actually have a debate or even listen to what other people are saying. That kind of behavior doesn't belong on a forum, thats what blogs are for. So please, start up a blog so I can avoid ever having to read your mind numbing arguments again.

There isn't much readily available subsonic ammo, the most common being the .22

If you want that iconic 1911 that sounds like a laser gun, get a .22 rimfire conversion kit for it and bang- you have sexy laser sounds. (YES the .22 is pretty close to that sound when suppressed... I can speak from first hand experience)
Suppressor might be used in the US, but then so is "trash can" and you can't spell "colour" properly amongst many other bastardizations, these things also make you look uneducated, but hey, live and let live!
