Nasa just made a big mistake. HP makes low quality stuff.

Their monitors are actually good, even if they don't make the panels. The LP2475w uses an earlier revision of the U2410's panel, so it's almost as good (maybe not feature-wise, mind you). The e-IPS ZR24w is also the best 1920x1200-res monitor for the money right now.

No kidding, I work on a lot of computers and most of the computers that have problems with viruses/trojans and hardware failure is HP.

Yes because the real author of windows is HP.

If a computer has a virus it is the users fault or MS not HP.

Perhaps HP will be smart enough to wipe the hard drives this time when they sell of old PCs for NASA.

Just a normal contact. Move along, nothing to see here.

Just like with my school district, it was Dell's and Apple computers. This just made news cause NASA did it with HP

^^^
+1. I hope NASA doesn't have to pay for the replacement parts - overpriced and oddball as they will be.

Wha?! lol we are so dead. I can throw my computer out of my window and have it last longer than an HP and NASA wants all their info stored in one?
