No controller for mass effect 2??

Thread Starter
***? No controller support for mass effect 2? That is a little dissapointing.

I mean i don't mind mouse and keyboard for 1st person shooters and 100% rpgs, on the contrary i prefer it. But for 3rd person games and racing, a controller is a must for me.

is there any way to get support, or some program that can emulate a 360 controller and produce excellent sensitivity options?

thx

It was built for a mouse/keyboard and is much easier to use with it as well as makes more sense. Not sure of any programs that offer support for a pad though.

The game was over the shoulder third person was it not. Not really true 3rd person so using a keyboard and mouse is optimal really.

Should be some program to reconfigure the keys to work with a gamepad though I am sure.

I know there are programs that will map the controller's buttons to keys, but like he said, it was designed for a mouse and keyboard.

I originally played it on the 360, so i was expecting it to support it. But whatever, it's not the end of the world, we still have a little more than a year left.

Get xpadder, lets you configure any gamepad keys to keyboard or mouse keys and movements.

I would hate to play this with a controller.

Much easier to issue squad commands and everything with the mouse and keyboard.
