Mounting problems Bitspower WB for Asus Rampage II

Thread Starter
I recently bought this waterblock for my MB at Performance-Pc's and when mounting this it broke my MB. After disassembling this WB I see that it were bent and causing uneven pressure onto the chips.

I contacted Vincent at bitspower to maybe get to a solution for this. And they thought it were bent in transport/shipping. But the original packaging were in 100% good condition.

I thought bitspower had a good reputation for quality? I do really like their fittings and Pump assembly upgrades. I also thought that their WaterBlocks were good. What is your opinion?

The new motherboard that is arriving soon is Asus Rampage III Extreme. What waterblocks do you recommend for this?

So now, im 700$ less in my pocket because i have to buy me a new MB. And i have a waterblock that does not fit for my new MB. Great.

What is my rights for this? Refund? new item? Who covers the shipping costs?

Thanks for all help.

EDIT: here is the pictures.

awesome, MIPS makes top end stuff. It costs an arm and a leg, but totally worth it once it's installed

yeah i've had problems with that waterblock as well, but luckily for me, i didn't damage anything. I dont really think they've mastered the "how to make propper waterblocks" yet.
