go try that, but, where did you get a FSB voltage?

not sure, I was just assuming the FSB had a voltage.

okie that seemed to work with those voltage.

is there a way to determine by how the computer acts what voltages need to be increased or decreased? like vcore is for the cpu, but like is there ways that expert overclockers know which voltages need to be changed?

i guess the true test will be in a game in a second.

If its stable, safe voltages, and safe temperatures you could just leave it. The best way to tell if its stable is with benchmarks like Prime 95 on the blend test. If it passes (for around 5+ hours w/o errors before you stop it), lower one of the voltage settings at a time and retest until it is not stable. Then go up 2-3 and that should probably be good.

now, could i have a bad sensor? b/c I cleaned off my cpu that had dried up arctic silver on it, and just popped on the H50 which apparently has high-grade thermal paste without putting any on the cpu, could that be effecting the cooling, the paste on H50 was damp-ish.....

at with wow playing and minimized its @ 58c with nearly a 60% load.

If your Temps are that high, check your cooler is seated properly. 90+ = Death

I remounted the H50, it wasn't completely latched into place (thank you for the reminder) now now i think i got another problem.... the temp is so freaking low.....

okie its staying at exactly 33c.... i thought the reading were broken...... but i downloaded prime95 and it been going for 10 minutes so far and after 8 minutes it finally went to 34, but then its been at 33 for 10 more minutes now..... is it really possible its running this kool at 3.6ghz? .... is the H50 really this effective?

What is your ambient? Core 2 Duos are not hot processors unless they have a heavy overclock but that does seem unusual.

H50's are pretty good coolers and they can handle the heat on a I7-900 series CPU so C2D should be a breeze for them.
