Could this be a problem?

So I overclocked (which I am new to) my Athlon II x4 620 to 2.8 yesterday (not much I know), but then switched back to stock settings. Today I noticed that games, and some audio was hicupping so I thought maybe I screwed up so I went to look into Overdrive. Should my CPU VDDC be marked in red like this?

The red is normal, it is just telling you that it is higher than stock. Your cpu should be fine up to around 1.45v depending on cooling.
