Should I switch Corsair 800D for HAF X?

Hi guys ,

I'm wondering If I should swap my Corsair Obsidian 800D for a HAF X or any other case.

I ask this because I cancelled my watercooling (got cold feet, it being my first build) and hear the Obsidian has terrible airflow (this being my first build, I can't judge for myself). I also heard HAF X is the best for air cooling and it's a lot cheaper.

info:
This is my Sig Rig I'm talking about.
I am planning on OC'ing once my GTX 580 get's in (11 more days, yay)

Edit: I should mention I replaced the stock fans and stuffed the case full of ultra high speed fans (7x Scythe 120MM Ultra Kaze and 2x Yate Loon 140MM)

Well if you really don't need such an expensive case, and you won't be watercooling, then I'd get the HAF X (assuming you need some extra cash and won't be switching to watercooling any time soon).

I would just keep the corsair 800d. Three year warranty and their customer service is excellent. The haf-x is a good case but the size will be almost the same though. You can make the corsair cool nicely also but adding some extra fans in it. Then if you want to go water you still have a nice case with plenty of room.

The 800D has excellent air cooling when every slot is filled with fans.

Keep the Corsair. That H70 should be fine along with your GTX 580's.

I just wanted to say it's pure about performance not money. So I could just keep the 800D for my next build or something when I feel more comfortable with water cooling. I just want the best airflow possible. Or at-least no sub-par airflow.

Also thanks for the reply's, I would gladly hear anyone's opinion on this.

No you shouldn't. The 800D is a classy looking case whereas the HAF is fugly and looks cheap IMO.
