Can an E5400 @ 2.7 GHz handle a 6701/6702

I'm also getting annoyed with dumping the 6701/6702 WU's on my work computer. Should I just try one and see what happens?

Yes it should be able to as long as you do not try gaming on it.

My Pent D could complete the P6702s; I see no reason why your E5400 couldn't.

I think it was a 6041/6042 that made my work computer BSOD (or the fact that I was playing flash games, LOL) It's chugging along just fine. 33 minute TPF, LOL.

ETA is just over 2 days, but that should be under the deadline, oh well, guess I'll actually have to WORK at work
