GT5 "Accessing game data." Screen

I don't know if this is just what happens every time you boot the game or not, but so far every time I start up GT5, it gives me a message on a black screen saying "Accessing game data. Please do not switch off the system while the HDD access indicator is flashing." Then I have to hit OK. I thought it would be a one time thing, like the first time I played the game, but it happens EVERY TIME.

Anyone one else get this message?
