Help me setup ram

I have a pair of those in my system and I'm getting these speeds.

Could someone help me them up to run at 1600? I tried tweaking the timings in the bios and got a few bsod's. I never changed ram speeds before so I'm kinda scared I'll wreak em..

Just go into the bios and set the timings according to the spd. That means set it to 9-9-9-24. Set the speed accordingly and the voltage to 1.5. They should run at those settings and if they do not then try upping the voltage a bit. Also can u post a ss of the spd tab as that tells you what settings to run for different speeds.

dont be scared you just need to set them manually to get them running properly. Bios auto settings for ram is never right.

What is "Bank Cycle Time" and what should I set it? Also, what is "DC Mode"?
I nearly puked seeing those timings in the first pic (1333Mhz 9-12-12!? ), but looks like with the second post you've done it right
Set bank cycle time to 33. DC mode is the memory controller mode (unganged vs. ganged, it concerns the memory bus width; keep it to unganged for best overall performance)

Alight thanks.

looks better now just remember that the spd tab on cpu-z tells you what the board believes the stock timings are for the different speeds (almost always right too).

side note: set your ram voltage manually to whatever the ram said to use it at. If you can use it at lower voltage stable that works but ddr3 ram is lower voltage anyways.

It says 1.5v

then it should be stable at 1.5 unless you are overclocked. can you show a pic of the spd and the mobo tab of cpu-z? just to be thorough
