It looks like your monitor is not in sync with your video card.

Oh, yes, now I see it. It flickers when I resize it in two dimensions, but just because it's resizing. But no tearing. It's a safe bet to say that Steam is made to that, and it's the software's problem. As for the tearing..I really have no idea.

I'm using Firefox to view Steam's website. I don't use Steam, though. It's just that I needed to be viewing the same site he's viewing in order to have a fair comparison.

disabling and enabling SLI got rid of it... temporarily, hopefully it doesn't come back again.

but until then I'll sleep on it.

When I view Steam's store in Internet Explorer and then try to duplicate the tearing, I get it in precisely the same way as seen in the example video. In fact, it happens with every page I view in Internet Explorer, but not in Firefox.

I have doubts.. it's not only steam that does it, it does it with msn msnger, and this page etc etc but, as mentioned above, I disabled and enabled sli and it got rid of it for now.
