I found an Corsair 800W PSU at BestBuy for $99, normally $139. Corsair is good right? I have their RAM and SSD and they are solid.

You need to get a better green card and use that 460 as dedicated Physx. Looking at that system, that 460 is the weakest point.

Well, I don't know. I have a LGA775 Intel Xtreme board I'm trying to sell, as well as an E7200 C2D. Maybe after those sell (can't post them here yet) I'll sell the 460 and get a 570.

600W of a quality PSU is plenty for 2x 460s.
