Overclocking and CoreTemp?

i just ran LinX just to see wat temperatures im getting and i had CoreTemp running at the same time but it only said i was hitting 23c, SpeedFan said the same....?
is CoreTemp accurate coz that seems mighty cold as it feels warmer than that as an ambient temperature?

Plus just as a noob OC-ing question, which most of you get sick of answering, but would running LinX 10/20 times be ok to say it is stable? before moving on the higher clocks....

Definitely a broken sensor. I don't know enough about that CPU to tell you if it's a common thing. Also I usually do 20 runs of LinX to test for stability before moving up, just make sure once you get to where you want you run a longer more stressful test, I use prime95.

EDIT: i used PC Probe II and it was saying around 34c at load so add 10c to coretemp and its correct
