G500 mouse movement is jagged...ey?

Hey guys, having an issue with my Logitech G500 mouse movement.. For some reason as of lately my mouse movement has been jaggedy.. IE: I can't go across the screen in a straight mouse movement...it slightly jags as i move it across. This also messes with trying to snipe in BC2, i can't snipe for the life of me now because my mouse won't stay straight while trying to move. It is very slight so not too noticeble sometimes but i can't stand it regardless.

Hello,
first, Blow the sensor place - and A9500 is really sensitivy and little of Dust make it go crazy.
secondly, clean your pad..dust and such.

if dont help, try to set the polling rate on 500Hz.(see if it makes diffrents)

if anything dont helps, RMA it.

I had the same problem with the G500 and found out the issue is that the laser lens itself is loose. If you still have yours give it the rattle test, hold it in the air and give it a shake if you hear a rattle coming from the bottom and the cursor jumps around it's the plastic laser lens. You can verify this by a close look at it, it's easy to see it move. I got a replacement from logitech, same problem! No more G500 for me!

I'v also had this problem with my G500... on top of that, there was apparently some issue with bottom teflons, becouse the movement on pad was just awful, like the bottom teflons grinded on the pad.

Clean the lens and it'll be as good as new.

Just ran into this problem, thought I was going crazy. Cleaned lens, pad etc. I can understand the frustration, especially in games that require precision, hard to aim correctly when your mouse is tracking ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ as you move side to side.

RMA this thing, looks like I'm going back to mx518 until then.
