Looking for a budget surround sound system

Thread Starter
Well my family got a Blu-ray player for Christmas, so I figure it is also time to get surround sound as well.

I don't need anything fancy, it just needs to work. I'm looking for 5.1 only and the budget is $200. I know that is low, but I did say this was a budget system. I have no idea where to start, so any help would be appreciated.

Onkyo HT-RC230 Cheapest decent 5.1 receiver. Support 3D and 60W per channel

Onkyo HT-R570
Outputs the most wattage 130W per channel, a bit older. Great receiver if not going 3D.

Onkyo TX-SR508
Current Onkyo's line of receiver. The newest out of the 4 I'm recommending. 80W per channel.

Onkyo HT-RC160
80W per channel

Watts mean nothing besides the amount of heat the speaker can handle before (probably) starts melting.
You want to know SPL (Sound Pressure Level ,usually measured @ 1 m from speaker) and also frequency response.
For Home Cinema and the likes you wanna have some deep clear bass.
