Issue with mobo

I'm having an issue where I cannot access my voltage tabs in the bios.I've updated my bios aswell yet all of them are greyed out. My motherboard is 790xt-g45 MSI, my cpu is a phenom II x4 955. The multipliers are unlocked, been using 200x19 to get it to 3.8ghz, I would like to get it to 4.0ghz atleast since I know the h50 can handle it.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcomed.

Your motherboard is doing you good by keeping you out of the voltage tabs; you are trying to overclock a 125W processor on an unheatsinked 4+1 power phase on an MSI board along with cooling that skips out on the mosfets - which is extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely, EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Stop what you are doing right now and put your clocks back to stock or underclock/undervolt even until you can get a better mothreboard with 8+2 mosfets/heatsinks or you are putting your motherboard at extremely high risk for catching fire!

Ive been running 3.8 on stock volt with just the multipliers, temps dont go up more than 40c on load, 30-33 on idle. Hmm I did manage to change the voltage, I had to change the value with the numeric pad. But since I had no real guide I haven't messed around with em. Is it really recommended that I lower the clock back to stock, even though it's stable right now?
