Xbox 360 has had 1080p support since 2006.

Remember that you can use USB flash drives for storage now, also, so there's really no need for a larger hard disk unless you plan to download a lot of game content.

Since you're a Gears 2 fan - all of the DLC that I have takes up much less than 1GB, so you'd have more than enough memory for all of the map packs with the 4GB console.

This ^

My step-brothers got the 4gb one for Christmas, today one of them bought Oblivion G.O.T.Y.E that came with all the DLC, he tried to play the DLC and it wouldn't work. I don't know about buying the DLC from the marketplace, but it seems to me that DLC doesn't work on the actually flash memory, so you would have to use a flash drive to use the DLC, I believe.

1080p HDMI is what I'm using for my Xbox. Don't try and start a flame war if you don't know what you're talking 'bout.

Hahahahaha, retarded fanboys that base their opinion of a system from outdated information make me laugh.

both have their strong points, and i own both. but they both have exclusive titles and both have their own problems.

problems
360 - RRoD, supposedly fixed, yet mine has never had the problem
ps3 - Yellow light of death - not a huge issue, only affected a few

please limit the fanboyness. that really doesnt help anything and is a waste of everybodys time to have to deal with posts like that.

Otherwise, Happy New Year!

Get the xbox slim version. Even though I got a good unit, doesn't mean all the other new "old" xboxes are good.

As for the PS3 fanboys, I think they would like some of my avatar.
<-----See here

Ps3 is good, but GoW is a 360 exclusive..

Add me if you sign up and want to play online coop, OP

If you get an arcade prepare to get RRoD over & over & over again.

Well, I got the arcade the first day the 360 came out, so maybe it was just a bad batch.
