I don't know what you mean? why does it matter which tube goes inlet/outlet?

and Thanks for all the help so far reps when im finished....

OK the Kink is fine, like you guys said it must be pump.

The thing I dont understand is that it ran fine before on my tech bench, maybe I just need a stronger one

I just re-read the OP. You mention more than one radiator? That pump is way underpowered for 2 radiators and 2 blocks.

The block is also a little restrictive, and doesn't deliver good deltas for an overclocked i7.

I'm curious to see what rad you have though.
I have a swiftech mcp 220 and an xspc rs240

^^ If my memory and spelling is correct lol.

Well I do not know if they make it obvious or if it matters on that specific pump, but I know on my pump it does and I have switched the tube around so that it was impossible for the pump to get water making the system unusable.

EDIT: I do not think you should be running two rads with that pump. That could be your problem, try only one rad, although it might be too late and you may have burnt that motor out in the pump.

I would get a new pump. MCP 655 is the standard in watercooling, as is MCP 355, both from Swiftech.
