There's nothing incorrect with their statement, you're just extrapolating the term "support" to include "software-based voltage adjustment".

well the 6970 did work just the same in the previous version of trixx you would figure that with it being a Beta version with an update it would add a extra level of support which it didn't.

Hmm so some people have it working, and some don't?.. Well i get a 6950 back on the 4th so i'll try then (and unlock).

No its always worked since before this beta it just never has had software voltage support for 69xx which it still does not seem to have.

It did not previously officially support 69xx.

Trixx is awesome as it allows me to adjust the voltage on my non-reference 5850's Which have voltage controllers that don't allow software control according to reviews.

Problem is that it doesn't work in crossfire as altering the voltage crashes my puter

Try exiting CCC first
