I have a Yamaha HTR5540 for my sig rig and love the sound it produces. HTR Natural Sound was/is the best thing Yamaha ever produced. Now you only find it in the high end audiophile receivers and amps. More people should look for quality vintage for their sound. Newer is not necessarily better.
