Intel's limit of "1.65v" vdimm on the IMC?

Is it okay to pass this maximum of vdimm without damaging the IMC? If so, what do I have to follow?

Yes, you can pass 1.65, for most IC's, 1.7 is perfectly safe

I have no idea what you follow... What does that even mean?

You can go over so long as you are within .5 of you VTT voltage. How far you can go I am not sure.

I think it's around 1.9v when you severely diminish the life of the CPU.

Vtt/QPI can up to 1.5-1.6v depending on the type of sticks you use.

So I would be able to try 1.76v? I'm sure that my DDR3 sticks can handle it, and i'm using 1.33v QPI/DRAM volts atm.

some of us in this thread may or may not use 1.85v sometimes.

I would not recommend more than 1.75 though.

What sticks are you using first of all? If you're not heavily overclocking, run them at their stock voltage (should be less than 1.65v). Vtt/QPI will be anything from 1.15v upwards to 1.35v.
