Gigabyte force dual bios

I have a Gigabyte MA790x-ud4p board that stopped posting about a year ago and I was curious how to force backup bios? It would be awesome if it was a simple fix.

All my fans would run but no video or post.

ALT + F12

You might have trouble with a USB keyboard, so try with a PS/2 if possible.
