Which overclock would perform best?

I have a few stable, and one almost stable overclocks, just unsure of which to go with (also would anyone recommend be a good benching program?).
To be honest i dont mind a tiny bit of difference if it gets me lower heats...
Option 1: The voltages are a bit high...
CPU: 14.5*245=3552 @1.35v
NB: 11*245 = 2695 @1.375v
HT: 8*245 = 1960 stock volt
RAM: 6.66*245 = 1666 6-8-6-20-1T 1.71v

Option 2:FSB only 200, almost stable
CPU:200*17.5=3500 1.35v
NB:200*13 = 2800 1.375v
HT:200*10=2000 stock
RAM:200*8=1600 6-8-6-20-1T 1.71v

Option 3: nice low volts
CPU:240* 15 = 3600 1.35v
NB: 240*11 = 2640 1.25v
HT: 240*9 = 2160 stock
RAM: 240*6.66 = 1600 6-8-6-20-1T 1.69v

Option 4:
CPU: 240*15.5 = 3720 1.35v
NB: 240*11 = 2640 1.3v
HT: 240*9 = 2160 1.24v (0.02 above)
RAM: 240*6.66 = 1600 6-8-6-20-1T 1.69v

To be honest i might go with option 3, and when im running high intensity games option 4.

Unless you guys think option 1 or 2 are better.

I would have gone with nr 3. But have U tried upping the nb any higher? And I would defenitly buy an aftermarket cooler to get higher clocks/better temps

Get new cooling, even a $30 tower. Then consider overclocking.
