Since Thubans are the slowest chips to be able to crunch bigadv units, it's not the best idea to stop the client because you'll get less points and might not finish the WU before the preferred deadline, which sucks.

But apart from that, there is no problem with stopping the client. It's like any other WU; the client sets checkpoints and picks up from where it left off when you re-open it.

Unless, the previous termination of the client was improper (dunno what causes this) and then the WU would be scrapped and it would have to start a new one.

BTW your third quote in the sig comes from a hella funny thread. I notice that Mr. Jean Luc did NOT respond after that. LOL.
