Following setup:

GA-MA785GM-US2H + Phenom II x4 925 (stock 2.8) (ddr2)
Gtx 460 MSI cyclone
OCZ StealthXStream 2 600W

At this moment I have 3*1gb sticks of cheap pc2-5300 (333 mhz) samsung+ aeneon built

My motherboard supports DDR2 1200 (OC) / 1066 /800 / 667.

I was wondering if it's worth upgrading, and if yes if somebody would have something to recommend?

I live in Canada

Yes, you should; if you get 1 more 1GB stick for 4x1GB and run proper dual channel (even if you run a 533Mhz speed), you will see a big, noticeable improvement in everyday use. You may, however, find a better deal with 2x2GB of DDR2-800 or DDR2-1066; the gains are less large with memory speed/timings (unless you're going from 667Mhz CL5 to 1066Mhz CL5, say) but may be worth it as well.

So you recommend me getting 4* 1gb 533 mhz or getting just one etra 533 mhz?

What brand would you recommend for ddr2 memory? Same g.skill?

Sell your current set on the OCN forums and pick up this set, you will be amazed at the performance boost...

One extra 1GB 533Mhz (well, any speed would work actually, it'd downclock to 533Mhz automatically) DIMM would improve performance substantially, or alternatively you could sell all your kits and get a different kit.
