3DMark 11 Error on GTX 570?

Hey all.

Been getting this error just after the CPU test. It goes to load the next test then crashes showing me this error:

I've tried disabling my anti-virus program to no avail. Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

By the way, it crashes at stock speeds and voltages.

I just got the same error.

I know for a fact my CPU is stable because it's stock. Lol.

Were you trying to bench on Extreme like I was?

Nope, it's the standard version of 3DM. Loaded it up, clicked 'Benchmark Only' and let it run, just like any other stress test.

Firstly, I apologize for if this is a mere annoyance... I am new to this.

I followed the 'a' 'overclock guide for beginners', which I can no longer locate, to the T and everything seemed to be working fine until I ran a performance test in 3DMark 11 Basic..

The first attachment was the result..

I have read elsewhere that this is a sign that the GPU should be RMA'd.

Thoughts on this??

The same thing has happened while playing Just Cause 2 with near default settings, a few times. By near default I mean that I had the MSI Control Center running with the "Game" feature selected.

Upon following the overclocking guide I followed the instructions to run GPUTool and slowly increase my speeds until I noticed artifacting. With the same card and same drivers I cannot exceed approx. 820 on my core clock without noticing the hated yellow dots.

I saw you were close to 900. What is the deal?

I have also included a screen shot with hopefully all the info you guys would need.

I have searched for a few days now and cant stop wondering if the GPU is defective.

Thanks in advance and would greatly appreciate any feedback.
