My requirements:
-illuminated
-standard layout
-targeting multimedia buttons voice, or at least MUTE
-maximum length of 50cm (extendable desk)
-low pitch / flat keys

Razer Lycosa or Microsoft SideWinder x4 or something other?

How about the logitech G510? It has everything that you're looknig for but its $5 more than you want to spend.

Razer Lycosa Mirror Edition is a great choice, had mine for about 2 months and is pretty beast! 1 neg. affect is dust magnet, but Razer provides you with a keyboard cleaner. Good Luck!

Perhaps now the best option is the Noppoo....see the review here in the forum.
Sorry...not your requirements....but and incredible keyboard for the money...
