Is anyone else pissed about Asus Driver Support?

Thread Starter
Hey Guys,

I went from a Gigabyte board and was rather fond of it...switched to an ASUS board a few month back and I find their lack of driver support appalling...

The Gigabyte was easy as pie to update my drivers....Asus if you want to check your drivers you need to buy that retarded Driver Agent software. Im sorry but this service should be included with every motherboard....

How in the heck can I easily check all my drivers and download them without having to go through each one by one?

1. Either get the individual hardware ID's and run them through a driver search engine like http://devid.info

2. Download DriverPack or driverpacks from http://drp.su (64-bit version is over 2GB) or http://driverpacks.net/driverpacks (individual driver packs) and let it scan your hardware and it will let you choose to install drivers from its included packs. I have used it in many systems, 64-bit included, successfully.

There's many other ways, im sure.

i have a similar board, getting drivers isnt bad

[Search]

all you really need ar lan, audio, and chipset drivers
possibly bios if you are having cpu or stability issues

if they work there is no need to update them
