If you buy the kit and you buy the blocks and they don't give you the results you want, you can always sell them so some body else on OCN.
But if you go the blocks with normal nozzles on them, you should be fine.
Flow rate doesn't effect your temps that much. as long as you stay above a certain rate.
I know a guy running triple GPU blocks on the stock rasa 750 pump.

Well the Rasa kit is a 1/2in loop so, having all 1/2in fittings in your loop is ideal.
