Strange CPU problem is this fixable?

Thread Starter
so I got myself a 925 95 w CPU for my m2n sli board and updated the drivers and everything so when I boot it goes to starting windows sign then I get blue screen of death then restarts. I thought it might be a motherboard issue but turns out it does the same exact thing on a m4a785m. Has anyone experienced this problem before? I've been messing with the voltage on everything.

What drivers or did you mean the bios? Either was I would suggest downgrading and seeing if that fixes the problem. Safe mode should work if its just drivers.

Never heard of anything preventing getting to the safe mode menu. Did you tap F8 like a madman?
