After an hour an 20 minutes on hold I got a hold of someone. They we're going to just let the email fall through because they couldn't find it and apparently weren't going to call me back telling me this...

Edit: Henry got back to me now that he's back, seems to be the only person who's helped so far. Refunds should finally be all set, and he's going to raise it with the CS department to see if there's anything they can do for me.
