If you found out the problem after the shipment to the retailer, why didn't you have them ship them back and fix the problem, before letting your customers get angry of not having the correct bios installed?

Because the problem was not discovered until customers started using the cards purchased... if it was found before that, do you really think we'd just let this sit out in the open and brush it under the table?

We won't either... but frankly it became a problem after we were made aware of it.

Sometimes these things happen, and even our own tech support was made aware of the issue as it happened (hence the odd communication between one customer and tech support)... so the fastest fix is to have customer flash the BIOS, and the slower fix is to replace the card.

That's what we've been trying to do.
