Did you need 1.366v in order to be stable at 3.7 MHz?

I'm currently running 3.8 (24x160) MHz on my 950 @ 1.248v.

i7's don't like even multipliers

Try out a 23x multi and up the FSB, see if that works out better.

no i just left cpu voltage to auto i tried it with 1.25v but it booted but got errors in prime 95 after 5 mins of running it after which i decied to leave it on auto untill i done some more research on cpu voltage and how to set it properly

Turn your QPI link rate down, you'll find it much easier to get stable at lower voltages once you do, put it on the lowest actual number for a setting, not the "slow" setting.

I'd also bring the ratio down to 23 since odd numbers are apparently more stable and increase your bclk.

Then set your Uncore down to minimum/just off minimum

Then put your core voltages on manual, and tweak with it until you get it low and stable. (or leave it at a setting and up your bclk to see how far you can take it)
