GTX295 Crashes During Furmark

Hi everyone,
My computer will lock up during the first few minutes of furmark with the temps reaching 107-110 C. The computer never crashes during gaming though, only furmark. And it is stable in the OCCT GPU stress test. I have cleaned off the stock thermal pad from the GTX295 and reapplied thermal paste, which did help the temps a bit. However I run a CM Elite 430 mid tower case and I do not have any fans in there (other than Hyper 212 HSF and stock GPU cooling). Should I add some fans? Do I need to worry about furmark freezing? The GPU idles at 70C and only hits 90C during gaming of Black ops or GTA 4.

The reaon it is crashing is the temps. That is HOT. I would get some extra cooling in the case if you can. Or that card might not live very long. When you run Furmark it really loads the GPU to test stability. try to keep it under 75c if you want that card to live long.
