Motherboard debug code

Hello everybody, my motherboard is not working and is showing the debug code 0 i switched video cards, memory, power supplies. Could this be a cold bug boot? My cpu temps are around -2c to 5c any body have any advice?

Yes i was but i found out my memory was bad, dont but g-skill memory its 100 bad =/ but luckily i got another 12 gb for 150 from newegg
