need some help guys going nuts i took apart my block to clean it and know i cant seem to get the rubber washer back in place . is there a trick to it.
i all mote get it on then it pops off.

dab a bit of water on the channel where the o-ring sits and dunk the o-ring in water. This helps the o-ring stick a bit as Im working it on the channel. Be patient, sometimes it takes a few tries. good luck

Always use distilled water. As tap water is bad in a loop.

I use some "Silicone heat sink paste" on my o-rings. Keeps in in place and also helps out the seals from drying out.

use some warm water to soften up the o-ring a bit. I did this when I was struggling to put the o-ring back on a CHIV ek block.
