How much can I overclock my CPU and how do I do it?

Thats the stock cooler,you will need a better cooler if you want to go up to 3.2GHz or more.

I got my E6550 to 3.26GHz.

for +\-500mhz i think you will be fine
i dont use stock fans for overclock

No. Stock cooler is bad news for overclocking. You may be able to get a small OC with it, but until you get a better cooler, don't even think about touching the voltage controls, or you are going to overheat faster than a Fermi with a dead fan.

I just wanna see how much I can overclock it...

EDIT: I got it to 2,5 Ghz. Is that good?

google up coretemp or realtemp
download one of those

then download prime 95, linx or intel burn test.

after you're done, run realtemp or coretemp to monitor how hot your cpu is

then run linx for 20 passes, max ram

look at realtemp, if the temperature is over 60, stop linx, take a screenshot and post it here.

i forgot the tjmax for that proc, but it should be around 70 or 80? i dont remember.
