hi i have a bestbuy gift card i was wondering if this ram would be good to buy?

You might be able to find a better price on a different, similar-rated kit but basically it looks okay to me.

You could look for RAM with Micron D9s, but the only good D9s are in 2x1GB kits and most DDR2 D9s arent even sold anymore. Perhaps two of these from best buy will suit you, they feature the exact same settings for $30 cheaper.

well i would rather not save money and get cheaper ram, i dont mind spending the money
its a 150$ gift card, i also need to get 8 gig because i use workstation alot

The differences in ram are very subtle.usually only noticeable when benchmarking.

I would suggest getting some good 800 mhz.and not kingston as it is ridiculously overpriced.If you are looking for 4-2gb sticks I suggest paying no more than 40 bucks for a 2gb stick.
