The game is just not so heavily dependent on a great gpu, you can get passed it using a 1 to 2 year old graphics card and still get great performance as long that your cpu and ram can handle it.
i agree it is not true dx11 but it is still a performace sucker atleast that is what i keep reading
but there is an improvement for dx11 which makes it look better a bit and if you have just read the reviews then that is what they say not much improvement in gfx's, i wonder if you are going by what they said in reviews or if you play it your self i am still going to be playing other games so i need a great gpu for that.
I just cant wait untill the new tech comes out for cpus and gpus i supect gpus will be min 4 x a could be 8x for the high end or more since they are not doing a true redesign each generation so if they did we would have gpus and cpus much more powerful
if they redesigned cpus every generation the cpus of today would be 16x as powerful as my old q6600 and maybe beyond that because every 1.5 years or aka 18 months tech spose to get 2x faster but only in the labs but what we get is not that store the new cpus are only about 3x as fast as a q6600 when they should be 16x faster since it will soon be 6 years or 16x faster, i know they have been working on cpus that go 1200ghz and beyond if they released the 1200 ghz cpus so even if they did not add any more transistors by clock speed alone it would be much fast since it can execute programs much faster i seen an article about then getting up to 1200 ghz on watercooling or air i can not remember which and besides getting them up to 1200ghz then they have all the new tech to go in the processer so it would be even more powerfull who knows... i know i dont so now i am guessing like that 1 teraflop 80 core cpu intell delvloped as a test chip that had 1 tf of cpu power running at over 3 ghz now if they had 1200 ghz it would be 400x faster just by increasing clock speed and then going from 65 nm down to 22 wooooo much faster 16x fast than the 400x my guess would be about 6400x faster then add in the improvements in tech it is beyond that but remember it is just a guess and i could be completely wrong and is probly my wishful thinking but when will they release it? and most likely they would start out with a really slow speed comparied to the max they have maybe 20 faster than a i7 990x and slowly over years get up to the x6400 speed and faster just so they can make a bunch more money.
idk hopefully soon is what i think maybe next year and they will surprize us allEdited by DemonGodKidRahl - 4/2/11 at 11:41am
