Buying high end MB: Gigabyte 890 UD5 or CHIV?

Hello all,

So my asus board died a few weeks ago and I need a new one. Needs to be a really good overclocker with space for two triple slot gpus and a pci express sound card. The two boards I'm considering are the Crosshair IV formula and the 890FX UD5 but if anyone has any other suggestions Ill be more than happy to consider it. thanks for the advice guys .

The UD5 has an easier OC bios for "newbies".

And the Crosshair IV Formula has a harder BIOS, but it has way more options.

I've had the Crosshair IV Formula (Well I currently have it, it's sold but I won't ship it until like 13th).

Definitely recommend the CHIV!

Im really not sure anymore :s. The gigabyte has a MUCH better layout for me. I could put my soundcard on the top pci 1x slot then put my first gpu in the next 16x slot and my other one on the third 8x slot. with the CHIV I wont have as much space between my gpus

I don't know what type of question this is. Asus FTW. No, Crosshair FTW.
