I need help deciding what SSD and HDD to go with.

I currently only have 1 spinpoint F3 1TB HDD and i have been thinking of upgrading because i have £340 to spend but i dont want to buy another 480 card and go SLI because i think my gfx performance is fine
I want to be able to FRAPS without loosing too much performance which is what im hoping having a SSD will help.
I have thought of a few options:

OPTION 1: 60gb vertex 2 for games, 40gb vertex 2 for OS, 1tb spinpoint F3 for FRAPS, 1tb spinpoint F3 for downloads and stuff.
£224.83

OPTION 2: 60gb vertex 2 for games, 40gb vertex 2 for OS, 2x 1TB spinpoint F3 in RAID 0 for FRAPS, 1TB spinpoint F3 for downloads and stuff
£264.75

OPTION 3: 2x 60gb vertex 2 in RAID 0 for games+OS, 1tb spinpoint F3 for FRAPS, 1tb spinpoint F3 for downloads and stuff.
£237.25

OPTION 4: 2x 60gb vertex 2 in RAID 0 for games+OS, 2x 1TB spinpoint F3 in RAID 0 for FRAPS, 1TB spinpoint F3 for downloads and stuff
£277.17

OPTION 5: 2x 60gb vertex 2 one for games and one for OS, 1tb spinpoint F3 for FRAPS, 1TB spinpoint F3 for downloads and stuff
£237.25

OPTION 6: 2x 60gb vertex 2 one for games and one for OS, 2x 1TB spinpoint F3 in RAID 0 for FRAPS, 1TB spinpoint F3 for downloads and stuff
£277.17

Prices are all including postage, can someone please tell me:

1. what one is the best performance (money is no problem)

2. what one is best bang for the buck (again, money isnt an issue but it would be nice to know)

3. how much better will my FPS be when gaming and when reccording? i usually get 120FPS in bad company 2 with everything maxed but it drops to 40-50 when reccording, and that makes it unplayable to me because i am used to actually seeing 120FPS due to having the 120hz monitor, so 40-50 fps feels like 20fps before i got my 120hz monitor.

Thanks in advance

i have noticed on some videos of Tera that the textures take some time to load:

skip to 42 seconds in and you will see the textures are taking a moment to load, will having a SSD stop that?
