Its simple really, Console players are butthurt, and to fix it DICE is treating them like a tee ball childrens team. Everybody wins!

I dont mind, it doesnt diminish our Clear superiority.

because the PC has mouse and keyboard, a far more reflexive and comprehensive/accurate interface method, PC gamers can actually USE all the tools available to them. They can work as a team without clunky controllers. I think Halo proved this best, when on Xbox most players ran around using JUST the pistol because they needed every shot to count with fail aiming, whereas on PC ALL the weapons were very useable. this same issue STILL shows up in games today, the console version just simply can't match up with PC. I severely doubt that on a console these guys are running around using assault rifles to pick off argets with headshots using the 4x rifle scope at sniper ranges. But this is something that people do all the time on PC. And it's made easier by having medics that can drop medkits easily, assaults with ammo boxes, etc.

Why not let them have it? PC gamers won the map and that won't change if they get the map either way

Fortunately, killing people usually isn't a team action, so the PC wouldn't really get much of an advantage from hackers.

No but seriously it was a brilliant game theres no denying it. However modern FPS are meant to be much more fast paced which is where i find consoles become very lacking.

Honestly guys I wasn't a huge fan. It was good and I played it until I unlocked half the secrets and weapons, but at the time I was so smitten with Metal Gear Solid that anything less paled in comparison.

Heck, I would rather have a game of Lylat Wars (Star Fox) than Goldeneye!

EDIT:

Or Ocarina of Time. Now that is a timeless epic. I was playing it not so long back on my Gamecube =D

They didn't wake up this morning and randomly decide, "You know, maybe we're being mean to the console players. They're only at 50%. Let's do something we've never done before."

Unlocks aren't new. The difference is this time console players don't need to pay for it. Savvy?

I personally dislike the fact that they bowed down to consoles in order to keep on the good side of them, we worked for that map.

We had no benefit besides teamwork, We target and work together, they just XP ho's.

I am on your side xJumper.

Stop trying to justify it, it's obvious anything beyond it is denial.
