Oveclock Problems

Thread Starter
Hi,
This is my first post and i am new to over clocking. I recently built my first system with an asus M4N68T-M motherboard and a AMD Phenom II X6 1055T Processor. I Just recently decided to try over clocking. I am at 3.3ghz and prime says stable. However i can not restart my system. A shutdown and power on works fine but i cannot directly restart.
When i do it hangs. on reset it gives me the over clock failed message.
Please Help

Probably your memory? Did you just up the multi on the CPU or did you raise the FSB?

As you raise FSB you may have to put more volts into CPU-NB. I dont know a lot about the older AMD mobos but I dont think they go as high.

Same probs with all guides. Could it be my HT? With everything at auto it is only 1 GHz. Shouldn't it be around 2GHZ?
