550BE 4Ghz help.

Thread Starter
So I'm trying to break 4 on my CPU. You can see the stuff I'm trying with in my machine.
At first I went way over on the voltage. I just went as high as my board allows. It got me to 3.9, and I thought I was stable as I ran P95 for hours with no problems. I usually note that P95 will show instability in my system within about 15 minutes.
Anyway, for some reason I was going to try for 4 and 3.9 BSOD for the first time, then it would do the same with 3.8.
I have absolutely no idea why. Ambient temps were the same, although the temps never got high enough to make a difference in Coretemp or Speedfan.
So I figured I'd try again, and was wondering if anybody was familiar with my mobo or bios enough to give some tips.
I'm currently stable @3.8 with P95 loads around 32C and idles around 24C.
Running 1.425Vcore, and I'm not sure if I can OC my FSB with this board or not...
Edit: I'll have to check the voltage for sure, I'm just basing it on Speedfan readings right now. Should have written it down dammit.

you might be pushing your power supply, i had the same setup except with a 5750 on a 500 watt power supply and was never able to oc well and getting random shutdowns, upgraded to a 750 and haven't had a problem since.
