was wondering which pair scale better in sli? Im assuming the 465's since there are more processor cores but idk.

IIRC the 460's scale better, but I'm not 100% sure on that. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

460's scale better and will outperform the 465/be equal to it in almost every game. The 460's scale a lot better also but the sad thing is they can't tri-sli =( it's definitely a card i would tri-sli..........

465's can tri-sli but idk how the performance is. There are zero to none benchmarks up. I've seen a few posted on forums but it didn't look too good and most of the time it seems like the min FPS was a lot worse than dual SLI. This could have changed with drivers as Nvidia is usually very good with multi-gpu drivers.

465 tri-sli is really interesting though

well after looking at some other reviews the 465's overclock very well in SLi and scale great. and I saved $80 over the 460's by grabbing them on sale at newegg.

i wont be going tri but two in SLi OC'ed should be good for a while

I haven't seen a direct comparison, but the scaling should be similar. (If not, favouring the GTX460 a little)
