with that mobo i would consider the 6000+ ...idk if it supports tri-core/quad core if not 6000+ is about the best you can find

wow

with the DFI NF4 you should be able to EASILY OC that mofo for some more free performance before you consider an upgrade.

please looks at ur CCC centers in 3d And place them in performance, Those xp 4400 were decent procs.. not much u can upgrade to anyways without spending a few bucks... Try and find Driver or Game profile.
